There are some unbelievable things in Naples now that weren't there when Jason and I were growing up... like a little water park! It's quite awesome for a town the size of Naples! We went there after naps one afternoon and had a grand time splashing and playing in the water. Jason thought it was especially great that there weren't many people there... a huge contrast to the big, crowded, crazy water parks in Orlando we went to as kids. We really loved getting out to do more on this trip (compared to last Christmas) now that Maylee was older and both kiddos could enjoy everything!
All of these shots are from the toddler play area, with various fountains and water no more than a few feet deep. Rylan was really comfortable playing in the whole area and especially enjoyed the slide. Maylee had fun exploring the fountains, stepping on the water to see what happened, and walking around in the water with us.
We also had fun in the lazy river (Maylee rode on my lap while I sat in an inner tube; Rylan hung onto a tube with Jason). Rylan loved the waterfalls in the warm family salt water pool, and had fun with the water canons in the turtle cove pool. Jason's dad even joined us for a bit before we left. We weren't able to take the camera all over the water park for photos, but here's a link to the place if you want to see more of it... Sun-N-Fun Lagoon
Such fun!
